  every once in awhile you get a thin pizza in instead of a Original Pizza and now there's a new manager who rather listen to her own music and not ask customers if it's a to go or not just put them on hold. I would say if you want pizza and waste the time and the effort to go that's fine but there's other pizza places that treat you with more respect than this place will.

  I have not baked the pizza yet; However, the customer service was excellent....To the point that the pizza was made irrelevant. This young lady attended to me as if nothing concerned her besides making sure I was happy and it began with a phone call and me asking questions about using my $15 gift card. I didn't intend on doing a review or I would have gotten her name but it was the store in Minnesota on 57th University around 7:30p.m.. The pizza looks good but I will be back soon!.

  My go-to Papa Murphy's location. I call ahead when I'm leaving the house (only about 2 miles away) and by the time I get there, its ready. Friendly staff too. I pay attention to cleanliness in restaurants and it has always been very taken care of and clean inside this store.
